At GreenFeather Solutions, we take pride in being a Canadian Indigenous-owned company rooted on Agency 1 lands near Fort Frances, Ontario. Guided by a passionate team with strong Indigenous leadership, our mission is to deliver innovative, environmentally responsible dust and ice control solutions. 

Tony Marinaro is a Saulteux/Ojibwe with over 25 years’ experience working in First Nations Governance, Management and Economic Development. During his career, Tony has been very successful in developing numerous Joint Venture Partnerships using interest-based negotiation skills.

Peter Neal is the founder and leader of Andemar Dust and Ice Control, a premier product supplier serving Southwestern Ontario. Under his leadership, the company is dedicated to delivering top-quality products, exceptional service, and comprehensive technical support to meet clients’ dust and ice control needs.

Scott McIntosh has extensive, decades long experience in providing service solutions to the mining, energy and government sectors. Coupled with a comprehensive background in First Nations Relations and successful Aboriginal Partnerships, Scott is a valued member of the management team.

Sarah Thompson is a Senior Supply Chain Management professional. Her key strengths include; negotiations, mentoring, motivating and Indigenous engagement in Procurement.

Sarah’s expertise in setting up Supply Chain Departments and improving processes has created more effective organizations and streamlined approaches to working with communities. In 2019 Sarah was honored to be recognized by SCMA as 1 of 100 influential women in Canadian Supply Chain. In 2010 Sarah received an award from the government of Tanzania in recognition of her efforts towards localization of the workforce.

He has been instrumental in working with First Nations, Industry Sector along with Municipalities and all levels of government to assist in the development of mutually beneficial projects having long term sustainable outcomes. Tony has been able to share his story and experiences as a keynote speaker/presenter at a number of different venues which also included the Prospectors & Developers Conference (PDAC), Canadian Aboriginal Mining Association (CAMA) as well as with the University of Waterloo Economic Development Program.
